My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Loyal lapdog looking for loving home. Mike came to us from a local animal control. Being a small
guy and living in a home his whole life he was not thriving and clearly needed to get into a foster home. We don’t think Mike met many people in his previous home. We are working on getting him more social. Once he trusts you he is a sweetie pie! He will let you pick him up, sleep with you and follow you from room to room. He like to burrow under blankets and in this cold weather who could blame him. He is good with other dogs and was being fostered with another dog who got adopted.Mike prefect home would be a home that’s not very busy with a person or people that are laid back and want a lap dog. Chihuahua experience would be a plus. Mike is up to
date on his vaccinations, is heart worm negative, neutered and microchipped. Mike is 9 years old, but that’s not old for such a small dog. We are a small group of volunteers so we ask that adopters live in a 50 mile radius as home checks are a requirement.
