Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Freckles is about a year old and was found at the TA Truck Stop in Lenwood, CA. Someone reported that a man had been beating him and the nice employees there rescued him. Freckles is a very nice dog, very friendly and playful and no one can understand how anyone could beat on such a wonderful young pup. We are estimating him to be about a year old, give or take. Freckles is mostly white with patches of reddish-brown or "liver" and has lots of liver-colored freckles all over. When I met him he was so friendly and playful and did not show any signs of aggression. We are going to be getting him neutered soon and get all of his shots taken care of too. Right now he is staying with the employee that had rescued him from the TA, Sharon, and her son,KJ. They may be reached at (760) 252-0584 for further information. We do know that Freckles is house trained but we do not know how he is around cats or kids as we do not have any to expose him too. He does want to play with their two other dogs, however exposure has been limited to brief periods of time. Please feel free to contact them about Freckles, he is well worth meeting! Freckles had the chance to be adopted today, 1/19/09, but unfortunately he did not seem to like the family's other dog who was handicapped. This is unfortunate! So now we know that he does like some other dogs but it would not be advisable to have him around another animal with any weaknesses. This is really surprising as he gets along with Sharon and KJ's two dogs, hmmm?
