Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Butter! He is a beautiful, stunning boy whose around
70lbs and we believe between 1and 2 years old so he needs someone quite strong to handle him. Although young and strong, he already walks very easily on a leash and is really quite mellow. He is currently fostered in Guaralajara, Mexico, living on a ranch w/ 80 other dogs. He gets along w/ all the dogs and all people. One of the Mexican families who helps with the dogs at this ranch brings his kids and they help walk him and the others I'll be posting on in the next few days. All do well w/ the kids. Butter will be coming to Oregon in either January or February.
Here is his story and what the rescue says about him:
Butter and two others dogs were evidently dumped on the busy highway that runs between Chapala and Guadalajara near the Ranch. Some kids came to the Ranch very upset - one of the dogs had been hit on the highway and died, but Butter and a brown lab were still up there and terrified. We rescued these two dogs and so glad we did. Such beautiful, sweet natured soles! Butter is lively and happy, gets along well with other dogs, but like most yellow labs definitely loves his people.
