Here's what the humans have to say about me:
There is a story behind her name!! When a volunteer saw a frightened, skinny, trembling dog curbside eating a Tortilla Chip, she had to help. The little dog was in bad shape. She was LOADED with ticks, every inch of her. The volunteer picked her up and after knocking on a few doors, she found the owner. It did not take long before the owner surrendered the dog. In that moment, Tortilla Chip went from neglect to love. We have had her for just over a month and today, she is ready to find a loving home!!! What we know about her is that Tortilla Chip is a constant lap dog!! She needs to be touching her foster mom at all times. She does well with smaller dogs and needs time to warm up to bigger ones. Her foster mom says she would be just fine as an only dog that is spoiled = a lap! Tortilla is young, not quite a year. She is a smaller gal that fits perfectly into a lap! If you are interested in giving her the best life on this planet ($200 donation), please take a moment to fill out an application. All adoptions must start with an application, once received, we will contact you within 48 hours. Thank you!!
