My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lexie is a happy 10m old spayed female lucky enough to have been saved by Rocky's Refuge. She had an upper respiratory infection which was not treated and as a result had an ulcerated eye which needed to be removed immediately. She was in a dirty, unsanitary hoarding situation.
She has adjusted beautifully and having only 1 eye doesn't affect her at all. She loves dogs and cats and would do well with either in the home. She would do better in a home with older children as she prefers not to be picked up or carried around, and most young children prefer this. She purrs and bumps for pets, loves to explore and play with her toys. She will on occasion nibble while playing, but is very gentle in all that she does. She is a truly sweet and wonderful feline, who has overcome so much.
