My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pepper was adopted from the shelter at just 3 months old and sadly was given up by her family because they lost their housing. At just 3 years old and about 10 lbs she has had a rough start in life, with a crooked tail that was broken at some point and an scar on her back, but none of this seems to define her as she is a wonderful little girl that is housebroken, shown an interest in the foster's cats but hasn't chased them, and seems to really like people and cuddling. She's quiet too! No barking, and only a bit of crying when going to bed, but that may have been when she realized her parents weren't coming back. She is the best natured little dog, and very playful now that she's settling in! Would really be the perfect fit in any home. Just needs a forever one.
