Meet Chrissy, a precious little Yorkie/Chihuahua girl in search of the perfect forever home. She was born on July 7, 2008. She is absolutely adorable and a favorite in her foster home. Chrissy and her sister TJ are very bonded and we prefer that they be adopted together.
Chrissy and TJ love to play and wrestle. Her mother and one sister have already been adopted. These two girls would love to have a home for the New Year. Please consider opening your home and your heart to these two girls so they don't have to grow up in a foster home. They need a permanent loving home of their own.
Chrissy looks pretty much like a pure chihuahua. She's absolutely adorable....and she knows it. :)
Chrissy will need some work on housetraining as she's still just a puppy. Her foster family is currently working on housebreaking her and training her to potty pads. She would do best in a home with another small dog for company as she loves to play. A secure fenced yard is required to adopt her and we would prefer a home without small children for her as she will be a very small dog even when full grown. Her mother weighs just 4 pounds and her dad weighed just 5 pounds.
She is up to date on vaccinations and on heartworm preventative. She will only be adopted to a home that wants her to be an inside dog. Please research the breed(s) before filling out an application. Please apply only if you are willing to invest the time, effort, and energy that this sweet girl needs.
Adoption fee is $150 for Chrissy or $250 for the pair of pups. Spay is required, no exceptions. These pups are in a foster home near the Missouri/Arkansas border. Transport (if necessary) is not included in adoption fee. We prefer to adopt these girls out to a home that wants both of them as they are very bonded. If you do not want to adopt both, we do require that you have another small dog for them to play with. Neither pup will be adopted as an only pet.
Please note that we do not place our animals on a first come, first served basis. We work to find the best homes possible for our babies. Please fill out an application for adoption ONLY if you are serious about giving this dog a PERMANENT home and you can provide for any special needs it may have. Vet references are required.
