Mickey was surrendered to a high kill shelter in California underweight and malnourished. He is flourishing in his foster home and is headed to Oregon/Washington to his forever home. He loves to play with cats, kittens and other dogs. He is a super sweet little guy weighing 5 pounds. He is quite curious of the outdoors and will be a wonderful addition to any home.
