ABOUT ME:
Sophie is a wonderful senior Boerboel lady that would love to find a family to spend her senior years with. Ms. Soph is very laid-back and easy, and just wants to relax and hang out close to her people
WHAT I NEED IN A HOME:
Sophie can be shy with new people, but once she feels comfortable, she’s happy to hang out with the family. She can get overwhelmed by noisy and high-stimulus environments and would prefer a more laid-back and quiet household. An adults-only home would be ideal, but a family with older children may also be a good fit.
Sophie hasn’t had much experience with other big dogs, but she may do well in a home with a laid-back male. She doesn’t seem to care much about the barn cats at The Bullpen, so a feline-friendly home may be an option.
THE DETAILS:
Sophie is housebroken, crate-trained, knows how to use a dog door and basic obedience, and has perfected walking on a leash! She is spayed, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and microchipped before going to her forever home.

Our dogs are available for adoption nationwide but preference is given to adopters willing to do an in-person meeting.
