My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Leia is an owner surrender, because of health problems of one of the parents in the family, and has lived with a family with small kids. Leia is GREAT with children and loves other dogs. We are told she did chase cats in her past life, but she has not chased cats who were not afraid of her.

Leia is a mixed breed, and we're not really sure what all she is mixed with, but we took a guess that she probably has some lab and some kind of terrier in her due to her adorable spots and wonderful personality. Leia is an easy-going girl, about 30 lbs, and is full grown. She is a year old now, totally housebroken, walks well on a leash, is good in the car, and LOVES children.

Leai has been spayed, received all her vaccines, is heartworm negative and on prevention, and has been dewormed and is microchipped. She has received a clean bill of health and is ready to go!

Leia is one of these rare dogs that will probably do well in most families. She loves to play, is affectionate, and sleeps with her family in the bed, lounges on the couch, and loves to go for walks, runs, hikes, etc.
