Maybe you will love me or maybe you will adore me. Regardless, I am pretty sure once you meet me, you will not want to let me go.
I am a mature Chiweenie with lots of love, kisses, and cuddles to give. Normally, I would not ask for anything in return...but this time I will. That is the thing about getting older.You know what you want and have no shame in saying so. Anyways, getting back on track here, I just want my very own family that will love me and let me cuddle in their lap. I am as easy going as it gets. I consider myself to be low maintenance.
I do well with other dogs in the house,as long as they give me some space. You know a mature woman like me needs her beauty sleep. Speaking of beauty, some people have judged me quickly. I am beautiful inside and out. I know at times, I might look a little less casual, but until someone develops canine dentures, I will need to remember that my lack of teeth causes my tongue to hang out. I promise I am not sticking my tongue out at you.
My kidney disease is no longer a risk, so I have recently been told. My Dr says, that if I continue to eat the proper food my levels will continue to remain normal.
My Foster family and the whole Corp has been really good to me. I love them and will always appreciate all they have done for me and my children. But it is time for me to move forward with a family of my own.

She is UTD on her vaccinations, is microchipped, dewormed, heartworm negative, and has been given frontline and is spayed.

We will do our best to respond to any and all requests and contacts as soon as possible, but we are a 100% volunteer run rescue. It is great because that means we can keep our adoption prices low because we are not paying salaries, but all of our volunteers do have families and "real" jobs in order to support our passion of saving animals from euthanasia often just days or hours before they are scheduled to be put to sleep. That being said, one of us are going to do our best to contact via email or by phone within 24 hours of any inquiry. It is not uncommon that when you have made the decision to add to your family and committing to adopting a rescue dog that you are very excited, we just ask that you be patient with us.
