My story

Hi I’m Bear! I’m a 2 year old Chocolate Lab mix, maybe Am Bulldog? Because I am a bigger guy. My family loves me very much and really didn’t want to get rid of me. Unfortunately they were getting evicted and had to give me up. While they did take very good care of me, the nice people at FK doesn’t think they socialized me very well. I trembled for the first two whole days in my foster home because I was so scared. I’m now learning that other people are nice and new places aren’t so bad. I would be the perfect companion for a single person with a big yard. Someone who has time to continue to work with me and socialize me. I love belly scratches, peanut butter, and lounging on the bed. I may be nervous when I first meet you but I’m warming up quickly. I will be neutered (I don’t know what that means but hope it’s good!), vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, & dewormed prior to adoption.
