My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

female - mixed - medium size- dob July 15, 2017 Malinche is adorable. This puppy is fun, sweet, quiet (at times) and all puppy antics. The first question you are going to ask us is, what her breed is. Well, we haven’t the faintest idea. Same for the other Sibs. We know momma is a shar-pei cross of some sorts....hit' n run daddy unknown. Some think there is a bully breed in there, however, we are rather doubting that. Houndy-ish for sure. All we can say is that 10 out of 10 people surveyed agree that Malinche is indeed, a puppy. She is also a very nice puppy, we might add. Malinche is a puppy who is quiet and calm and well-behaved and is great with humans of all ages. She is awesome with all dogs and cats and even pesky children. She’d most likely also be fine with squirrels, was she tested. We love this puppy and we know she deserves her happily ever after. No Borders Animal Rescue Society (NOBARS)

We are a registered non profit society. All our dogs are vaccinated, sterilized and are fostered in homes with families.

NOBARS believes that a dog is best assessed for a new home environment by living in one!!!! Therefore we do not use kennels, but have a network of approved foster homes where our dogs can be properly assessed before being offered for rehoming. Our foster homes offer a varied range of experiences which means we can choose an appropriate foster home for each dog, but it also means our dogs are able to experience situations which are invaluable to owners looking to take on a new forever friend, such as children, cats and other dogs.
