Description of pet
CHANNING is a stunning, tall lanky fellow with superior intelligence and lots of energy. He would love a home with another dog (or two) for him to play with, a part-time stay at home parent, and a well-fenced- 6ft- yard..

Channing has learned alot since he's come into rescue, yet he still can be a handful in the house -EVERYTHING IS SO EXCITING- so he needs to be attended to. He is now crate trained but we do not want to think of him in a crate more than 4 daytime hours in a row. He'd do best with an secure outdoor enclosure (kennel) for the time he needs to spend away from you.

For the time he IS with you, this canine is a blast! Super fun, extra lovey, and hilarious with his antics, he is a catch worth going long for. Please note that he will only be considered for folks with Northern Breed experience who live in a house rather than apartment, condo, or duplex. Smaller children are probably not ideal as he is a lot of dog.
