Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Molly is a purebred, yellow female Labrador retriever. She was rescued from a City animal shelter before she was euthanized and is now in a foster home with our Rescue. She is a very sweet and obedient Lab waiting to be adopted. Here is what her foster home had to say about her after just one afternoon in her home:
"Molly is very respectful and sweet. She is very gentle at taking food from my hands. She is good with our cat and pretty much just ignores him. She is good with our dogs, too. My nieces and nephews came over tonight and she was great with them, very polite and just sat there to let them pet her, she was great with the kids. She is easy to walk, doesn't try to pull, just stays by my side. I can tell she hasn't been inside much, but she's already learning that she needs to potty outside, and she is learning to relax inside. Mostly I think she isn't used to being warm, she is always panting! But as with everything, she is very polite, and while inside doesn't jump up on counters or couches or anything. In fact, she hasn't jumped up on me or my sisters at all... I gave her a bath which she did awesome. Way better than I was expecting. She just stood there and let me wash her. I even emptied her anal glands, and she didn't seem to care. She is respectful around food, and while I cooked and ate dinner she kept her distance and didn't try to beg. I taught her to walk on my treadmill too, because I think the treadmill is great for burning off extra energy, (especially in the winter when walks can be cut short because I'm freezing). She did great with it. It didn't take her long at all to catch on to what I wanted.
Pretty much she is an amazing dog, she catches on quick and I don't think it will be long before she is fully housebroken. In fact, we have a front room that we don't like the dogs to be allowed in, and she already knows to stay out of there. She sits and lays down easily, although I'm not sure if she officially knows the commands, or if she is just so polite that she sits when I snap. Her teeth are white and she is probably about 2-3 years old."
