Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Quicksilver! My foster mom named me that because I have gorgeous silver streaks in my fur. I am not very fast though, and I prefer to be a lazy couch potato. I will play with various toys on occasion, especially my mouse toys (they remind me of the real thing), but overall, I am happy sleeping somewhere soft after having a nice meal.
My foster mom says I am very gentle, kind of like a gentle giant, because compared to other cats, I am quite long and tall. I do not like to be picked up or held, but I will gladly lay next to you and cuddle, or rub my head all over your legs while you pet me.
With the proper introduction, I can live in a house with dogs or another cat. I do prefer females over males though. I can also live in a house without any other animals, I like humans a lot and they provide me plenty of love and attention to make me happy.
If I sound like a good kitty for your home, consider filling out an adoption application to meet me!
