Hi everyone! Dita von Claws here, but you can call me Dita for short. I'm what my foster mom calls a pocket panther cuz I'm kind of petite and I have a gorgeous, silky soft black coat of fur. I was rescued from Devore Shelter in June, 2017 with my momma and my three brothers when we were barely 2 months old. Even though I'm a little dainty, I have long, lanky legs!
I’m a very sweet, gentle, social little girl, but growing up with three brothers made me kind of fearless. The vacuum cleaner doesn't bother me. Neither does the dog. When I first met her, I walked right up, bopped her on the nose, and said "Meow!" I guess you could describe me as a tough, girly-girl. Just your typical little sister! I have a funny meow that kind of sounds like I'm yelling at you, but I just want your attention! I'm also kind of a monster, but not the scary kind…I'm a cuddle monster. I love to lay on my foster mom's chest or lap and fall asleep. I also love to get into the covers with her and snuggle when it's bed time. I like to play with all sorts of toys, chase the laser light, and play with the other kitties. But I don't like it much when my brothers, Bixby and Santorio, roughhouse with me cuz they're so much bigger and they pin me to the ground! Other than that, I pretty much get along with everyone. I really like the big cats at my foster house, and they're all so nice to me. So it might make me pretty happy to be in a forever home with a big cat who likes little kittens like me!
I've been to the cat Doctor already to get all my vaccines and a microchip. And I've been spayed and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Now I just need to find a home that I can call mine forever and ever. If you think your home might be perfect for a little panther like me, apply to adopt me today!
