My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Petunia (female) is a lovely short haired grayish Abyssinian and Tabby mix with big expressive eyes. She is very sweet and purrs as soon as she is picked up. For some unknown reason she absolutely loves senior adult people. Our vet believes she has some Abyssinian in her as she has a lovely ticked coat.

Petunia is on the smallish side and is afraid of most other larger cats and would do better as an only cat if she can't be adopted with her brother. She's comfortable with her brother as he is very mellow and allows her to be the alpha cat in charge.

We don’t know much about where Petunia came from. She was found huddled against a curb in a large parking lot. She was only 3 weeks old and there was no mama cat around as we searched for days. She was lovingly bottle-fed and raised around a large dog (Great Piranese).

Petunia is approximately 7 months old and currently living at a foster home. She is litter box trained. She has been seen by our Vet and is healthy. She has been spayed. She has been de-flead, de-wormed, tested negative for FeLV/FIV and had her first shots at our expense.

If you have questions and/or would like to set-up a time to visit and/or adopt this cutie please send me an e-mail with your contact info. There is a tax deductible donation which will go to Forsaken Cats Rescue, a local 501c3 charity.

Thank You.
