AJ lived on the street for 8 months before he was rescued. We rescued AJ’s sister, Ashley first and we went back the area to search for their mother. We found the mother restrained by a very short chain which made it impossible for her to sit or rest. She was fed with scrap food and dirty water. Her nails were long and curved. It is not hard to tell Amber has been neglected for a long time. While the rescuer was trying to convince the owner to surrender Amber, she spotted AJ. The owner confessed Amber has been pregnant many times so her puppies were running around the area and some of them were hit by the car. The rescuer decided to take both AJ and Amber in and find three of them forever homes.
AJ is now 9-month old, playful and outgoing dog. He is very intelligent so he learned good behavior very quickly from other dogs. AJ is a perfect fit for a family with both adults and children and/or other dogs. AJ is ready for a home of his own.
