My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Ava, the younger sister to Emmy. Ava is a 9yr. old chocolate longhair Dachshund. Ava is very bonded to her brother, Merc. It may be possible to separate them but ideal would be if they could go to a home together. Being seniors, they are more sedate and calm than a pair of young dogs would be. They are content to sunbathe in the yard, lay by your feet or in a dog bed. They just like to be near their humans. Ava is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. No health issues although she is a bit plump currently. We have her on a diet, not that she is very fond of it, but we explained to her it will be healthier. She is a very sweet girl and very loving.
