Upon receipt of the adoption fee, we will send you the adoption contract and all pertinent information you will need to be ready for your pup's arrival, and reserve your pup's space on 'LIFESAVER' OR 'HAPPY DOG' next available transport(SATURDAY delivery ONLY). Their transport fee is to be paid by the adopter prior to transport. Fee: $100 to all points as far N as NYC/LI, & $125 to all points N of NYC/LI, with stops in RyeNY, JohnstonRI, ManchesterNH, BurlingtonVT plus SaratogaSpgs & Albany, NY. NYC adopters MUST be willing/able to meet transport at Vince Lombardi Svc Plaza/NJTnpk, mm115
All Long Island adopters must be able to meet transport in Jericho, NY.

You will need to copy and paste the application provided below in to a new email, using Microsoft Word, answer each question completely and send to: howlin4spirit@gmail.com, at your very earliest convenience.
PLEASE, check to be sure that your COMPLETE answer to EACH question appears on the application BEFORE sending it to us, as we need your COMPLETED answers to be able to properly match you, your family, habits and environment with the RIGHT-matching pup. IF your answers run off of the page, you will need to resend the CORRECTED/COMPLETED version again, and this could jeopardize your chances of being matched with your 1st choice of pups. BEST to get it right the 1st time! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IF, for any reason, the adoption does not work out, our contract includes a clause which requires that the dog must be returned to H4S.
OR, IF you feel that you have found a better match for the dog, H4S MUST approve the transfer of the dog BEFORE the dog is allowed to be re-homed.
This way, the future of the adopted dog/pup will NEVER be in question.
