Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lula here, not sure where to start, but I was a happy girl with a home and one day that all changed. My people started packing all our stuff and the boxes were taken out of the rooms. All of a sudden there wasn't anything left in our home. I wasn't quite sure what was happening, but that was ok, I was ready to go too. Then it happened, what I thought was a potty break outside before we hit the road turned out to be the last time I saw the people that I loved and trusted. I went out ran around went potty like the good girl I am but when I turned around.......they were gone.
For days I searched for them, it was the hottest part of the summer and I was so tired, hungry and thirsty. I found a place with a very long building, people would come and go into many doors at the front of the building, I would watch at a distance but my people never came. There were dumpsters and a patch of woods for protection so I stayed here. A lady saw me trying to dig in the garbage and spent days trying to get me. I don't know this person, all I want is my people, I was very scared. Then one day it was over 100 degrees and my strength and resolve were waning, a new lady came up and called to me. She stayed there for hours, I would run, come back then run again. Finally when I got close enough it happened, something went around my neck and I couldn't run any longer. That was the day that started my journey into what life and love is supposed to be about.
I live with my foster parents and a whole bunch of four legged sibling's. I get along well with all of them. My perfect forever home would be with very active fun loving people. I love to play with toys and run like the wind. Also a sibling a bit larger than me, I am 11 lbs,, would be lovely. I would love a playmate, my siblings here are much smaller and older and they really do not appreciate my zest for life. I am a good girl, I don't chew what is not mine, I potty outside and I love to relax in a lap. I hope I sound like the baby girl for you. No small children please.
Contact my foster peeps at info@starfishrescue.net if you think I may be the girl for you. Love - Lula
