My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mr. Red. Red is a 3 years old, 62 hound/pit mix. Red is up to date on his shots and is is neutered. Red is heartworm positive but he is on medication and heartguard.
Red us crate trained and knows all the basic commands. He is also very food motivated so teaching him new things is very easy.
So far Red knows not to pull on a leash, sit, stay, focus, easy, watch me, out of the kitchen, no, and hugs. Red is very good about letting you know when he has to go outside cause he will sit at the door. He knows when it's time to get in his crate and when it's nap time that is where he likes to sleep. He loves to play and balls are my favorite toy. He does love to play with other dogs big or small. I'm still not sure about cats but with a slow introduction I think they might be ok.
Red is a good boy who is trying to find his forever home. He is ready to find his family. Would you please give him a chance and let him be your best friend?
