My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Allison is just as sweet as can be. She is all smiles and tail wags. She loves to hug you and is very gentle taking treats. This 4-5 year old shepherd/Australian kelpie mix is well mannered and will smother you with kisses. Allison is another one of our awesome Texas dogs that has traveled north in search of her forever home. She loves adults and kids and enjoys playing with other friendly dogs. Allison does not like cats. She is currently in a foster home with young children and 2 resident dogs. She would do well in a home as a single dog or with other another friendly furry companion. Allison is approx. 55 lbs., is fully vetted, UTD on all vaccines and preventatives, HW tested, spayed and microchipped.

We are all volunteers with jobs and families in addition to our rescue dogs. We do our best to respond within 24 hours but please be patient. Applicants under 25 years of age will need to demonstrate an adult lifestyle. If you rent your home we require a letter from the landlord submitted with your application granting permission for a pet. A fenced yard is preferred
