My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jace! We rescued this rakish dark-masked hunk from the Porter County Animal Shelter after he came in as a stray. His time on the streets was evident as he was pretty skinny but is now a proper weight, around 80 pounds. He is a boisterous and friendly 22 month old neutered male who loves to give kisses and is a giant goof chasing after a ball. Jace will be looking for a home where he can get a few walks a day or other low-impact exercise like swimming and would excel in an environment that follows a daily routine. He would do best in a home with older children or no children as he is still learning his house manners but does know some basic commands. Jace does well with dogs of all sizes and great with dogs who can match his energy and active play-style. He does great in the car and will even indicate when he needs you to pull over for a pit-stop. Jace is up to date on vaccines, current on flea & tick and heartworm preventative.
