Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The first step is to contact us via email we will send you the adoption application (to get more info on you) and then we set a meet and greet with the pooch you have selected. Once our verifications are done and if we decide this is the perfect match for you and your family we visit your home and finalize the adoption with a contract , the pet's file and of course the chosen pet. If you live out of town we can later have a volunteer in your area contact you to schedule the home check before you come to the meet & greet.
