My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rango (aka Sonny) is a sweet, happy puppy ~7 months old who gets along with people, kids, and other dogs. He has a lot of energy at times but can easily be re-directed which a chew toy. He loves sleeping in his doggie bed in our bedroom, even when the other dog is on the bed. He loves to play with dogs and kids and loves swimming in the creeks around Austin. He has learned not to chew on shoes and to only chew on what's his. He knows the commands "sit" & "down," and can fetch. He is also getting very good at recall. He will run out the door when you open it but only goes a few steps before heading back in. He is learning how to walk on a leash on the left side and does not pull. He is great in the car when going on long rides. He would love a home with another dog to play with, but would be happy alone as well, as long as he is given walks and lots of attention. He is super easy and easily trainable. We don't have cats, but he was introduced to a cat down the street and was skittish at first but then warmed up to the cat, so I think he would be fine with other cats.
