Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lucy is an approximately 4 to 5 year old female Australian cattle dog blend who comes to us from a shelter in rural southern Utah. She weighs about 38 pounds.
Whomever gave up this dog is losing out! She is wonderful.
Lucy is housetrained, crate trained and rides well in the car. While in foster care she is always crated when riding in the car.
She gets along with other dogs and LOVES to play. She will even play with little chihuahuas by making herself as small as possible in order to encourage them. She's a special girl.
Lucy adores her people and would love to be with them all the time. It's almost like having another human with you. She wants to be right in the middle of everything and is very affectionate.
Lucy's energy level is moderate, so she does well with daily walks and some good play sessions. Lucy would benefit from some formal obedience training and enjoys training with treats. She has not been destructive in her foster home, but is not left unsupervised.
Lucy's adoption fee is $225. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. She will come with a collar and ID tag.
If you are interested in possibly adopting Lucy, you must be willing to come to southwestern Idaho to meet her.
