My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scout came to us in March. He was about 6 months old then and already had a rough start. A caring citizen had seen him being abused and offered to take him. The owner thankfully handed him over and the citizen found us. Scout needs someone who is familiar with dog behavior and can dedicate time to socializing and basic training for him. Scout is unsure of people when first meeting them but does warm up. Once he trusts you he is a wonderful, happy go lucky kind of guy. He does seem to enjoy the company of other dogs. Because of his fearfulness to new people and lack of training, a fenced in yard is a must.
