My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bruno is a 4-5 year old 125 pound bullmastiff who was given up by his family because there was too much commotion in their home- with extended family- their kids and small dogs living with them as well, he was uncomfortable in that busy environment. He prefers a calm, quiet, peaceful home, so this is what we’re looking for him, a laid-back home with bullmastiff or Dogue de Bordeaux experience is a must. He loves to go for car rides and walks and is learning how to walk without pulling- he is very powerful and once the lead comes out he jumps around like a bucking bronco but has learned to sit to have the lead put on him, his training will need to be continued into his forever home as well. We think an adult only home with no kids and just one laid back large breed female would be best for Bruno. A 6 foot fenced in yard is a plus as he loves to play in the yard with his Kong toys. He is his foster mom’s other shadow, he just wants to be by his people. He’s always and without fail, right behind her wherever she is, relaxing right by her pawing at her to give him belly rubs and head scratches- which he loves. He’s a dedicated companion who is up to date on his shots, crate and house-broken, neutered, microchipped and is going in for a dental cleaning mid-October. Bruno's adoption fee is $400.
