Hope you don't mind if I seem a bit smitten, but, well...kinda fell in love (again). This is Sheila, and we were having a nice time together outside; she walked well, didn't mind other dogs, and came off as a jovial pup just enjoying life. But, oh...when I knelt down and got an unexpected paw on each shoulder; with kisses, a big smile, and those beautiful eyes staring at me...yeah, come meet this spunky beauty queen; you'll fall head over heels too.

Come meet me today at Jackson County Animal Shelter in Jackson, Michigan, USA! *All dog adoptions require an application*. Availability date shown is when the cat or dog becomes JCAS property; any necessary medical procedures may slightly postpone an adoption. For dogs, a meet & greet with your dog is required, and is the only definitive way to know how our dog will behave for you.

Adoption costs:
Cat/kitten: $90, second cat/kitten for $1. There may be an additional $50 refundable spay/neuter fee for kittens too young to be spayed/neutered at time of adoption.
Dog: $120 plus dog license fee

Adoption fees include vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm check (for dogs), feline leukemia check (for cats), rabies vaccination, and deworming. Pets have also been treated for fleas and ticks. Some pets may have had other veterinary treatment as needed.
