My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you ever watch a movie like Field of Dreams and cry, Odie is the one cat that you can hold like a big orange pillow and cry into his fur and he will comfort you. Odie is one in a million.

Odie was abandoned near an industrial area. He came right up to some caring folks in the parking lot and they called us. When we got to the parking lot Odie came up and rubbed on us and fell on our feet. Odie is the mellowest cat we have ever rescued. I should have named him Prince Valium. He likes to sit in his foster mom’s lap and paw gently at her face as he gazes up lovingly. He doesn’t mind having his tummy rubbed and he is just an all-around gentle orange tabby boy. We don’t know where he came from, but he was obviously loved at some point in his life. He purrs all the time.

Odie (male) is an Orange bull's-eye tabby with short hair. He loves to play with toys and will self-entertain himself. He gets along well with the other adult cats at his foster home.

Our vet estimates that Odie is 6 to 8 months old. He is litter box trained. He has been seen by our Vet and is healthy. He has been fixed. He has been de-flead, de-wormed, tested negative for FeLV/FIV and had his first shots at our expense.

If you have questions and/or would like to set-up a time to visit and/or adopt this cutie please send me an e-mail with your contact info. There is a tax deductible donation which will go to Forsaken Cats Rescue, a local 501c3 charity. Thank You.
