WOODY and siblings are the most indescribably precious litter! If you spend time with them, your face actually starts hurting from smiling so much. These tiny tots were born 7/21/17. Woof River welcomed mommy and babies to the family just a few days later. These pups all stayed with their mommy until they were 7 weeks old and received the immeasurable benefits that can only be gained through a family being together. Their mommy did a tremendous job caring for them and showing them the ropes. These bright babies were even going in and out the doggy door on their own at under 5 weeks old!
At 7 weeks, the puppies were split into pairs and went to foster homes where they could receive even more individualized attention. Boy are they shining bright! They love to play in the yard or with one of their countless toys. They also adore being carried around and cuddling on the couch. They are doing very well on their potty training. They are also learning manners from the resident adult dogs in their foster homes. These pups have been doted on socialized to the max! They are now ready to spread their wings and fly to their lucky forever families!
WOODY will be microchipped and up to date on all puppy vaccines including even the Canine Influenza (H3N2/H3N8) vaccine when he arrives at his forever home.
His $490 adoption fee includes cost of transport to Knoxville after he is adopted.
WOODY's mommy is 21 lbs so these babies are predicted to be 35 lbs or less as adults.

All of our dogs start their journey in Memphis, Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted. Once adopted, they travel via one of our transport partners to their new forever homes. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England, Nashville, and Knoxville adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters (https://www.facebook.com/roadhomepettransport).
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Woof River is 100% volunteer operated. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
