My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh HEY!! My folks call me Guinness or Guinny!

Let me tell you all the awesome things about myself - first, I'm 6. Well, 6.5. But don't think I'm ready to slow down though, I keep up with the best of them! Umm.. I'm an American Bulldog, a BIG boy!! I like to lounge around the house, take naps, and go for my daily walks where I can explore and sniff a bunch of stuff! I LOVELOVELOVE to be close to my people. Like, really.. LOVE. Cuddles, scratches, pets, brushes...yes please!

Although I have lived with a doggy sister in the past, she was really the only dog I liked so please, I'd like to be the only pet in the home. I don't like other dogs or cats.

I also lived with a little human too. She is really little and I try to be as gentle as possible. I’ve never hurt her but I can get excited and my tail starts going and well.. you know. I love kids and would like to live with some!

Besides being a total love bug, I'm also smart. I've learned lots of things in my 6 years.. sit, down/up, off, speak, inside/outside, eat (my favourite word), gentle. I know hand signals for some commands too. I like to go in my crate and know to use the bathroom outside. I'm also a big fan of car rides!
