Welcome to Katie's Roadside Rescue! We are an animal rescue with the primary mission of saving dogs that have been dumped in the country or by the side of the road to fend for themselves.

Meet Chablis!!! Not only is she fine as wine but when she first came to rescue she was a little whiner!!! And so the name stuck. Today she is an independent, determined, smart, take charge of her world little girl. There is nothing to fear but fear itself she says as she runs and plays with the big dogs in rescue. She loves to snuggle with anyone that will let her but seems big grumpy Opie is one of her favorites. She is doing exceptional with house training, uses the doggy door, sits patiently in her crate for meals and will sleep all night in the big bed if able. Chablis is cute as a button and smart as a whip! Are you ready to add true chiweenie personality into your home? You will not be disappointed.
