We are trying to help a deaf, 2 year-old, American Bulldog in desperate need of a foster or forever home. Jewel is super sweet and is good with kids and other dogs. She is being kept in a basement and is sadly neglected. She has been used for breeding. We will get her spayed and vaccinated. We will also provide food and supplies if someone will foster her until we can find her a permanent, loving home.
