Piper Vick-torious is a survivor of the Surry County dog fighting ring. She has been in a foster home for almost a year.  Piper has her canine good citizenship and therapy dog certification.  Her foster mom has been loving and diligent with her training.  Now she is ready for her forever home.  We are looking for a Tidewater Va. home owner with a secure 6 ft fenced yard.  Piper is  a good ambassador for the breed. She is ready to show her love in nursing homes ,  schools, or wherever she is welcome. She gets along well with dogs and cats.  A male canine companion would be fine.  Her new caregiver will be required to recertify as her handler by going through the canine good citizenship and therapy dog testing.
