My name is Jacob, but love to be called Jakey. I’m about four years old, neutered & fully vaccinated.
I am currently living in a loving foster home in San Jose area and I get to play, snuggle, and play with my foster brother Max I love being around other dogs! Little dogs, big dogs, medium dogs, I just love them all. Max (my foster brother) is only 9 pounds and I am always praised on how gentle I am with him.
I am fully potty trained, and good with people, but sometimes I prefer a few minutes to warm up to those I have never met. I love car rides, snuggling and and talking, especially when I’m hungry.
My life’s goals are to find my forever home, play, love, and play some more. My dream family would have another dog for me to play with, or work from home or better yet, be retired , since I don’t like to be home alone. I also need someone who can assure me they are in charge, and I don't need to worry and protect myself and my people when strangers want to pet me because I'm cute!
