ARIEL is puppy perfection! She is of course adorable, but also affectionate, smart, funny, and kind. ARIEL is quite well adjusted for a puppy...no drama queen here. ARIEL is lucky enough to live with foster parents who very involved with puppy training. She also gets to share her foster home with resident adult dogs who have taken her under their wings and are happy to show her the ropes of this big adventure called life. ARIEL's intelligence is going to be a blast to train as she grows up. Her energy level is moderate for a puppy, but she is probably best suited for a fairly active person or family. ARIEL is sure to be a faithful companion who will give you her endless adoration for a lifetime!
As of 9/27/17 she is 12 weeks old.
ARIEL is microchipped, has received 3 sets of puppy shots, and has also received her canine influenza (H3N2/H3N8) vaccination.
Her $490 adoption fee includes transport to Knoxville after she is adopted.

All of our dogs start their journey in Memphis, Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted. Once adopted, they travel via one of our transport partners to their new forever homes. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England, Nashville, and Knoxville adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters (https://www.facebook.com/roadhomepettransport).
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Woof River is 100% volunteer operated. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
