This is Chance. Chance was an owner turn in due to divorce. What to say about poor Chance? Well, we were told he was up to date on his vaccinations. He was not! We were told he was healthy. He was not! We were told a lot of other things as well. And quite frankly, I'll be holding on to him a while to be sure that his temperament is as the owner stated. The one thing I do know that is true is that he is neutered. Chance was a strong positive for lyme disease and had an upper respiratory infection and a slight fever. He was on antibiotics and is feeling much better. He is eating well. Evidently Chance had escaped from his yard and had gotten covered in burrs so he was shaved down. I was told he was 5 years old but he didn't turn 5 until April 15, 2008. He has behaved fine with the girls here. He has shown some food aggression with other dogs, but it depends on the dog. Chance had severe ear infections and had two ruptured ear drums. He has been treated and is now doing fine. Chance is now healthy and and he's a very good boy who loves attention. He's still fine with my cats. Chance weighs 98 lbs. and is a little bit overweight.
