My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Should I describe Goldie a lucky dog because he somehow survived through a numerous euthanasia at the city shelter in Korea? Or should I say he's unlucky because he stayed at the shelter for nearly two years until the city officers realized that he should have been euthanized a long time ago. Here's his story:

Goldie is estimated to be about 3-4 year old, and he was just given an opportunity to live his life in the US. He must have been just barely a year old when he was brought in to the high-kill city shelter. He's an active poodle, but he was kept in the kennel for all that time.

We were told that Goldie was a bit timid and scared of strangers when he was first brought in to a safe shelter. He tried mouthing when he was grabbed certain way that he did not feel comfortable with. Since then, he learned to trust people, and feel more comfortable around them. Now, we are told he thrives being with them, and also love to play with other dogs.
