My story

Ophelia is fostered in Martinsburg, WV through United Yorkie Rescue http://unitedyorkierescue.org.
Ophelia is a precious 8 yr. old, 9 lb. Morkie girl (Yorkie and Maltese mix) who arrived in September, and we've been calling her Fifi for short. Ophelia is a stray who ended up in a local shelter and no one came for this sweet girl. The shelter vet found a grade 5 heart murmur on their evaluation and immediately called UYR for help. Fifi is awaiting a plan for her heart condition; the vets believe Fifi will do well with medication.
Ophelia gets along with all other dogs and cats and she's housetrained. It's only been a short time but she is adapting well to her environment and loves being in the yard and also loves going on walks.
This little girl is going to be the perfect addition for some lucky family. Ophelia has been loved her whole life and now has a happy future. As this sweet girl's personality opens up we will update her information. She is going to be the love of someone's life.
