Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We know little about Minnie’s past. She may’ve been used as a backyard breeder, producing several litters. We do have a witness statement that in early September 2017 a private citizen saw her being tossed out the window of a car on a residential street in a small city of 4,000 in Fresno County. The witness put out food for Minnie, but was unable to get near her. Several male dogs got in to a tiff over breeding rights to Minnie. Minnie escaped being injured, but was captured and impounded in the city’s holding pens. No one claimed her which made her available for adoption. Angels Rescuing Animals saw her posting on a Lost and Found website and we wanted her. On September 21, 2017 one of our volunteers flew to Fresno and picked her up. We can’t begin to imagine what this precious girl has been through. Her personality is still blossoming. Minnie is understandably a little shy and reserved when meeting a new person, but she has never shown any aggression.
Like all classy ladies, Minnie never tells my age. Guesses are some where between 2 years to 5 years. She weighs 13 pounds.
Her adoption fee is $300.
I am not the kind of dog to leave in the yard while children are in school and adults are at work. I require a securely fenced yard of appropriate size for potty and play. This may be modified under certain circumstances. A home check will be done and references checked. Applicants should live within 2 hours driving time of Auburn, CA.
Email fosterfamily.dogs@gmail.com for an adoption application. Thank you.
Emails get a quicker response than phone calls as all phone calls are recorded in a voice mail box. We encourage people to email us fosterfamily.dogs@gmail.com
All puppies and dogs have been spayed/neutered, have age appropriate vaccines, negative for heartworm disease and given monthly prevention, dewormed and microchipped with HomeAgain.
All Angels Rescuing Animals dogs come with a money back guarantee.
