My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teyla is a petite little girl who was caught running wild in GA and brought to a shelter. She had pretty much shut down after being there for 4 months so we were asked if we could take her into rescue. It took a little while but she's come around and now loves to run and play with her foster sisters, go for walks with her foster Mom and cuddle up on the couch at the end of the day.

She's kind of goofy when she plays with her toys - and she definitely let's you know if someone comes to the door with her warning bark! She's got tons of personality and is just waiting for the perfect forever home to come along.

We've had her spayed and all of her vaccinations are up to date. She's HW negative, house trained, walks well on a leash and plays nice with the kitties in the house.
We'd like her to go to an experienced home as she's going to need some time to adjust to any changes. A secure fenced in back yard is required and she is not a dog that can be left out alone - so please only apply if you can meet these requirements.
