One Chill Dude!

Licorice was found hanging out behind Panera Bread – greeting people and admittedly looking for some hand-outs. When one of the employees figured out that he did not belong to anyone, he brought him into the Coronado Animal Care Facility

Obviously he was once a part of a family – he is extremely social and very affectionate. He loves attention and quietly seeks it out – not too demanding, just enough to let you know he would like to spend some time with you.

Still a youngster, Licorice loves to play and sometimes runs through the cat community room to expend some energy. Watching this sleek, lithe cat race around, you can tell that he is just having some fun.

Are you looking for a well-rounded cat to be your feline companion? If you are, we think Licorice would be purrfect for you! Come meet him for yourself to see what an awesome cat he is.

You can meet Licorice at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily between 9:00 am and 11:30 am and 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.

If you are interested in adopting Licorice, you must first complete a Cat Adoption Application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor. Cat adoption applications are available at the facility or Cat Adoption Applications may be completed online.
