Josephine was alone in a field by a busy highway in a small town in the rains from Hurricane Harvey. It appeared she had been living under a fireworks stand for some time. She is extremely sweet and loving and just wants to be by her human. She has been a mommy but is only about a year old. She is thriving with good food, inside living conditions and other dogs to play with. She is quiet and sweet and gets along with all size of dogs.
