Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Roselyn was brought to the city shelter by a Good Samaritan, in terrible shape, after being hit by a car. The shelter was not equipped to treat her fractures and internal injuries, so our rescue volunteers picked up Rosie and brought her to her foster home. We rushed her to our vet, and an orthopedist to examine her. X-rays showed multiple fractures of the pelvis, back and surrounding bones. Two months of crate rest was recommended vs surgery, with follow up xrays . On her return visit, X-rays showed the fractures were not quite healed, but Roselyn was strong enough to get her spay.
During that procedure , an inguinal hernia from the accident was found and repaired. 8 more weeks of crate rest. This strong, brave little girl is now all healed, running and playing, and ready for a forever home who will give her the love and attention she deserves, and fought so hard to survive for.
She is healthy & ready for her happy new life!
She likes other dogs, is good on car rides, and will be a wonderful companion.
Roselyn is 2 years old, weighs 11 lbs, and her adoption donation is $550.
