My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cosmo...an approximately 3-5 year old neutered male Shih Tzu mix. Cosmo was found along with his friend Wanda running down the middle of Hwy. 444 in rural Livingston Parish. Thankfully our director Vickie was heading home and saw them and got them to safety. Cosmo is a total sweetheart with personality plus. He currently weighs approximately 10 pounds and we believe he would do fine in a home with older children.

Cosmo did test positive for heartworms but no worries Swampy Paws is treating him for that and will cover the cost of that treatment.

He is ready for his forever home and his adoption fee is $200 which includes all vaccinations, dewormer, flea/heartworm prevention, heartworm test, heartworm treatment, neuter and vet check.

A fenced yard is REQUIRED to adopt unless you live in an apartment. A home visit is also REQUIRED to adopt.
