Meet Lena! Lena is a fun and lovable girl. We saved this joyful soul from the e-list at County. Lena loves to play, go for walks, and like any typical girl, she loves to flirt. It will take Lena some time and convincing to warm up to you since her past made her a cautious being. But once she knows she’s safe, she will give you high-fives, and even hugs. She wants so much of your love and attention. Her foster mom calls her a “shadow”, always wanting to be near her foster mom and dad. She is incredibly affectionate and is most happy being with her person.
When we were first introduced to Lena she was frail….fast forwarding to today, although she is watching her figure, she is healthy and looking for her forever home. Lena is good around other dogs but can be shy at first. She just wants to know she’s safe. If you are looking for a companion to snuggle with and you just want to fill your home with love, this girl is more than ready for the ride.
