My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buddy is a gorgeous pit/lab mix who is ten years old.
He is very healthy and has average energy. He is an incredibly sweet dog but does have some needs from his next family. But heck, who doesn't have their special requirements?! Buddy needs to be the only animal in the home. He was attacked a lot in his last home by his canine sister so he is very weary of his space being invaded. He also has a prey drive so any little critter looks like a delicious snack to him! Buddy is also looking for a home without any young humans. He wasn't exposed to them much and they can be quite scary with all of their energy and high pitch screams! Buddy's foster family has noticed that he is slow to warm up but once he does he will shower you with affection! Meanwhile, he likes his space respected until he is able to build trust. It is such a gratifying feeling to watch this unfold!
